All R & R Frontline Security Door Supervisors are professionally trained and licenced with the SIA (security Industry Authority). All our staff undergo rigorous training programmes and participate in refresher courses on a regular basis, the safety of your business and customers are at the forefront of our operations and in this respect our door supervisors are fully trained to cope with all situations.
Our staff follow a strict code of conduct and are dressed in accordance with our high standards and follow a strict behavioural code. Our supervisors will arrive at your premises at least half and hour before your event is scheduled to start and will be available for security briefings by a representative of your organisation.

- Have completed professional training courses and refresher courses on a regular basis
- Will welcome you customers to the premises
- Will be polite and courteous at all times
- Are trained to identify potential problems and diffuse them in a discrete and professional manner
- Control the admission of persons to the premises
- Maintain order inside and outside of the premises
- Will remove from the premises any person(s) causing disorder
- Only leave your premises after the last person has left
